Why don't you rent car seats or car seat boosters?
Safety is our #1 priority. Anytime a car seat is involved in a moderate or severe accident it must be replaced. In many cases it may not be visually evident the car seat was in an accident. Because visual inspection alone cannot guarantee the safety of the car seat we do not rent them. Many car rental companies rent car seats and most importantly they will know if their rental car was in an accident. Most airlines allow free checked car seats and do not count them against your baggage allowance.
What is your delivery range?
We deliver from Destin on the west end all the way to Rosemary Beach. This includes Miramar Beach, Sandestin, all of 30a, South Walton, Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton Beach, Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor, Blue Mountain Beach, Okaloosa Island. If you're outside of our range please contact us and we'll see if we can accommodate you. Please review all terms and conditions including delivery charges. When am I charged?
You will be charged at time of reservation. Beach Baby Cribs accepts all major credit cards. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued per our policy below. If you need to cancel, your order will be refunded based on our cancellation/refund policy. If you make a mistake calculating the number of days for your rental, we will adjust payment accordingly. We will follow up to confirm your order and delivery information. Equipment pick up will take place as determined via phone or email.
Delivery fee is $20 for orders under $145. This covers delivery, and pick up. Orders of $145 and up are delivered and picked up free of charge. We will also set up if your property manager allows access.
Cancellation Policy: Due to current COVID related concerns we will honor full refunds on all cancellations made before delivery date -- less the 3% processing fee we are charged from our payment processor. If you cancel AFTER we have delivered your items you will be charged your full rate.
If you place an order out of our delivery zone you will get a refund minus the 3% processing fee we are charged. This includes same day cancellations. If you aren't sure please ask before booking!
