We moved our family to Santa Rosa Beach in 2019, and Beach Baby opened its doors before the year was out.

There were already a few baby gear rental companies on 30A at the time, but we thought the whole thing could work differently: a better selection of new, high-quality equipment, and a dispatch team that works closely with local vacation rental companies and property managers. Your gear gets set up inside the house before you arrive, not left on the porch or dropped off after dark.

What that looks like in practice

Beach Baby isn't a platform connecting you to whoever happens to be available, and it isn't a side project run out of a garage. We have a full-time team and our own delivery crew, and we're still involved in the day-to-day ourselves.

We work to have every delivery complete before your 4:00 check-in, so in most cases the crib is standing in the bedroom before you've unloaded the car. We deliver throughout 30A, from Seaside and Watercolor to Rosemary and Inlet Beach, and on into Destin, Sandestin, and Miramar Beach.

Whether it's your first trip or your tenth, the idea is the same: the equipment you already trust at home, waiting for you at the beach. Less packing, less lugging, less stress.

A remarkable number of our families come back to us year after year. That's the part we're proudest of.

Safety is not negotiable

As parents ourselves, we understand what you're handing your child over to.

All of our equipment meets or exceeds U.S. safety standards. We register and track every product we own so we can monitor safety alerts and recalls. If a recall or safety alert is issued on anything in our inventory, it comes out of rotation immediately and is never rented again. No exceptions.

Quality you'd choose for your own nursery

Our full-size cribs come with a premium 5-inch name-brand crib mattress of non-toxic construction. These mattresses are GREENGUARD Gold certified and contain no toxic flame retardants. Our cribs and beds are dressed in premium organic cotton linens. Every mattress is stored in a climate-controlled environment so it stays genuinely clean between guests.

When a crib comes back to us, it's set up again in our facility so it can be thoroughly inspected and sanitized before it goes out to the next family. You can read exactly how we clean and disinfect our equipment here.
